P&M asked, "How do we promote our community on the North end of Nucleus Avenue?”

The answer was an older Business Dream, An open-air market Venue!

Before illness riddled our lives, my beloved and I enjoyed vendor events throughout Montana selling Board Games and Puzzles. We enjoy community and promoting relationships through gaming. We enjoyed the vending community.

This history gave us insight into the needs of venders. And the need to profit for both the venders and the event host. 

The venders need to go into an event with the least number of debits and risk as possible. The entry fee can make or break a sales day. The cost of getting to the sight, sitting up, taking down, Sales tax and Licenses, food and sundries and more all play into their costs.

Our solution is security in numbers. That is why we found a spot that can support 84 10X10 vender spots, room for food trucks, customer parking, and possible expansion.

We have had experience in the average rewards of a vending day. We know the pain of an event that does not pay out well. Having many venders from various genres of sales and information creates customer interest, word of mouth and with more people walking buy your booth more sales!

As a host, there is muchwe will not have control over. We do have control over venue fees and advertising. Those two points need to balance with sight rental costs and maintenance, My own need to make some, and the cost of paid help, taxes and more.
